1978
The origins
It all began with a shared dream: to build a mountain hut near the Piz Arlara chairlift. A simple place with a sun-drenched terrace, born from the desire to offer refreshment, warmth, and hospitality to all those who love the mountains.
From there, the rest is history…
Since 2002
The transformation
As the years passed, the small Ciablun mountain hut grew and always kept pace with the times. The construction of the new chairlift already brought a significant change, and gradually, the Piz Arlara Alpine Restaurant took shape, enhanced by a new hall built with antique timber from South Tyrolean barns.
2025
A new chapter
After 47 years of business, a new chapter begins with a fresh and authentic rebranding, renewing the project’s identity without losing the values and features that made it unique.
Furthermore, the former bistro “L Pom” is transformed into a private Retreat, a space dedicated to exclusive experiences, moments of relaxation, and special occasions to be enjoyed in absolute privacy.

Our values originate from the mountains, where silence teaches respect, the peaks inspire passion, and the paths recall the importance of tradition, but also the necessity of looking towards the future with curiosity and enthusiasm. Here, every action is guided by the authenticity of nature.
